Joel Gregory, President/Owner Founding this company in 1985, he has carefully grown AP through continually improving processes, acquiring talent, upgrading equipment and facilities.
Al Diss, Sales Manager An apprenticed machinist with over 39 years of management experience. Possesses a deep understanding of business management with a strong customer service background.
Mary Varela, Office/QS Manager 25 years with AP started as a purchasing agent, currently responsible for all aspects of company administration, AP, AR, HR and Quality Systems. Created and implemented current AS9100 rev D system.
Dave Cupps, Facility Manager With AP since 2010, diverse background in Aerospace assembly and Production Control, Six Sigma Black Belt, A&P mechanic, 24 years of combined management experience with Boeing and Primus International.
Greg Rickey, Quality Manager Quality Professional with over 23 years of experience in highly regulated industries including Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, and Commercial/Enterprise Computing Solutions. Well versed in the successful realization of highly critical projects and customer demands.
Rick Munson, Marketing Director 44 years in the Aerospace Industry as VP/GM, COO, Sales/ Marketing /Customer Service. Possesses an extensive background of management, sales, and financial acumen. Six Sigma Green Belt and Champion training.
Dana Gregory, Operations 10 years in the Aerospace Industry in production and production management.
